Your bodymind has an amazing innate wisdom that governs all of its processes. When you get a cut, it observes the injury and heals itself. All that is required for this healing is observation.

Intuive BodyMind Healing deals with the pain and stress that has gotten in the way of this natural, innate ability to self-heal. The body retains everything is has ever experienced – all stresses, pains, emotions, and events are all locked into our physical self. The way out is by understanding what the “message” is behind our aches and pains!

When we are under continual stress, even right from birth, the bodymind becomes overwhelmed by emotional, mental and enviromental factors such as triggering events, a difficult childhood, stressful workplace, strained family relationships and even other people’s anger.

We become stuck in ‘fight or flight’ mode and the bodymind cannot observe what needs to be healed and how to do it.

BodyMind Healing is simple, safe and has lasting results because we are asking what needs to shift and waiting for the BodyMind to indicate what it is!

The hotspots of lingering pain in our bodies are a sign we haven’t worked through the emotions triggered by our experiences or the unconfronted mental issues that generated the situation in the first place. We have filed them away for a time when we are ready and able to deal with their message. Illness and dis-ease carry a similar story – the physical body is the loudest (and most obvious) call for healing our mental, emotional and spiritual struggles.

Freedom can lie in shifting your beliefs about what happened to you so that you can liberate the unprocessed emotion you carry.

Intuive BodyMind Healing relies on the guidance of your body’s natural wisdom to not only locate the weakened or broken lines of communication and establish how to re-connect them, but also to find the proper order (“priority”) in which they are to be restored. This is accomplished through a form of neuromuscular biofeedback, by which the practitioner used your hand to ask yes-or-no questions and receive answers directly from your body about the sequence for re-establishing these lines of communication. The priorities are pieced together and gently tapped out over the head, heart and navel area.

This is a consciousness-based, non-diagnostic therapy that works with the body in its healing process.

The session will conclude when all the priorites for healing have been revealed and your body indicates that the session is done, which is around 60 minutes.

You can choose from an in-person (Regina, SK Canada), a distance session over zoom or a fully remote session which will be audio recorded and emailed to you within 48 hours.
