✨ When was the last time you had a real break?

✨ How often have you put yourself first in the last month, year or even decade?

✨ What would it feel like to stand in the stillness of the boreal forest and allow yourself to finally soften?

✨ Can you hear your innate wisdom calling you to pull inward and deepen your connection to mind, body and spirit?

It’s time to answer that call

Take a deep breath, pay attention to your body… does it feel like a YES?

“The spring equinox was one of the best weekends I have had for a long time! I was nervous about spending a whole weekend with people I didn’t know but never did I feel uncomfortable! This was such a great group of beautiful ladies that I feel such a bond with – everything about the weekend was perfect!”

S.B.

The Fall Equinox is one of the most powerful healing points of the year. We will gather at this auspicious time to journey through embodied movement and ceremony. It will be a time of heart-felt sharing, renewal and restoration.

“This weekend was energetic to my soul and I left feeling lighter and more peaceful within my heart & soul. It was facilitated with ease and it was very welcoming with an open heart. I felt Christina was a professional hostess and facilitator. It all flowed with the universe. Highly recommend!”

P.K.
Day and night will balanced at the Fall Equinox – this weekend will support you in turning inwards with compassion to re-evaluate that balance in all aspects of your life.

✨️ I offer you renewal, community, and healing in a trauma-informed setting.

✨️ I offer you a place out of time & space to step away from the masks you wear and the burdens you carry.

✨️ I offer you ceremony & ritual to bring your back to your whole self & into alignment with the rhythms of the natural world as they are reflected in the body, emotions, mind & spirit.
