What is a Red Tent Retreat?
A Red Tent Retreat is a sacred and restorative gathering of women that is held over the 3 days of the new moon. It is a chance to reconnect with the rhythms of nature, restore our relationship to the divine feminine and remember the innate wisdom of our cyclical bodies.
The new moon is when women are most in need of rest and support. It is the land that initiates and holds us during this sacred time.
Do I need to join a Red Tent gathering before retreat?
It is highly recommended that you join our monthly practice at least once before you committ to a retreat. This allows you to meet your host (and for them to meet you) and to understand the significance of the Red Tent practice and how it can profoundly change your life on all levels.
It is a practice of maturity and honesty – it is a ritual of truth and sacred connection.
It is your oldest birth rite as a woman.
Red Tent is always held on the new moon and most months will feature both an in-person gathering (Regina) as well as a separate online gathering over Zoom.

Can I buy a partial pass for specific events during this retreat?
While every activity is certainly optional, the cost of your pass includes the full itinerary of activities and meals.
Partial passes are not available.
Can I share a pass for this event?
No – these passes are priced per person and include individual sleeping spaces and admission into the activities & meals.
Can I get a refund for this retreat?
Due to the bespoke nature of this event, refunds are not available in any capacity.
Each attendee is required to sign a terms & conditions waiver which outlines the fee structure of this event in addition to the house rules and media consent following their deposit.
This waiver must be signed in order to attend this retreat.
Final payment due date is April 15th 2025
Any passes sold after April 15th will require full payment.
In the unlikely event that your host needs to cancel this retreat, you will receive ample notice and a full refund less any credit card fees.
What is the schedule?
The retreat will begin at 5pm on Friday May 30th and conclude at 10am on Monday June 2nd.
A detailed itinerary will be sent after our pre-retreat zoom call in April.
What optional in-house treatments are available?
You can opt into a private Bodytalk or Subconscious Imprinting Technique session for $99 each.
Each treatment is 60 minutes.
How can I request a retreat pass?
Please note that anyone who has not attended a gathering or retreat with Christina will be invited to a short zoom meeting before your pass is approved. Due to the limited amount of spots and the deeply sacred, intimate nature of this experience, not all requests for a pass can be approved.
Can I request a pass for a friend/family member?
No – each individual must request their pass separately through the google form above.
This ensures consent from each participant, which both respects their autonomy and protects the safety of our container. A Red Tent Retreat is a deeply sacred and intimate experience – each person needs to enter willingly into this event.
Once your pass(es) have been approved, you can certainly make a payment on your friend/family member’s behalf, but each individual must apply separately for a retreat pass and will be invited to a short zoom call if they are a new attendee.
Requests to share a room with friends/family members will be prioritized.
Who is this retreat for?
This retreat will align you with the cyclical wisdom of the seasons, the moon, the zodiac signs & your own menstrual cycle.
It will connect you with like-minded individuals who mostly identify as women.
You do not have to identify as a woman to attend – this retreat will support those who experience life cyclically in a female-born body, even if you are no longer cycling physically (menopause) or if you have shifted your identity away from the label of ‘woman’.
This will be an intimate gathering of 9 women.
Why is this retreat drug/alcohol free?
This retreat is a safe and supportive space to step out of your regular life and into nature & community. The presence of drugs or alcohol undermines that sense of safety for many people, especially in a shared living/sleeping space.
Given the intimate & restorative nature of this weekend and our focus on healing, these substances will not be permitted during the activities, events or within the residence during any time. Smoking or vaping on premise is only permitted in the front driveway.
