Christina is a wife, mother, healer and teacher. She sat in the Red Tent of her mentor, Tanishka the Moon Woman, for 2 years before becoming a certified Red Tent Facilitator in 2022. She has studied women’s myteries with teachers from all around the world and hosts monthly Red Tent gatherings in addition to 3 day retreats around the world along with her Red Tent Teachings series – Awaken, Align and Alchemize.
She holds double teaching degrees and has 15 years experience teaching in the public school system. She is also a certified BodyTalk practitioner and the owner of Whole Hearted Wellness

Awaken is for those who yearn to understand their feminine bodies on a deeper level and provide guidance for their daughters, sisters and other female dependents as they step over the threshold into womanhood.
These are the teachings of the Red Tent and this course will explore the knowledge we don’t have time to cover in our regular monthly Red Tent Gatherings.
It is a remembering of our cyclical wisdom and a chance to reclaim the traditions that have been lost for thousands of years and replaced with distorted teachings that shame us for bleeding and force us to adhere to the solar calendar of day-to-day repetition.
